Wrist Support For Drawing - I wish to add, op, always, try to rest your hand, wrist and elbow. The wrist pain has started, even if i haven't drawn for days. A doctor may advise you to wear wrist braces, some looser to support while drawing and some more tight to prevent over flexing, also a padded one for sleeping so you dont exasterbate the problem. It takes a minute to figure out a good wrapping technique, but it has a bit more give while you're actually. Helps with drawing from the elbow instead of wrist.
